Return & Replacement Eligibility
A return, replacement, or refund request may be accepted only in the following cases:
- The product was received in a damaged condition during transit.
- The product received has expired.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was cancelled before confirmation or before shipment.
To report an eligible issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Required Information

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
- An unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect product claims)
Requests without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Inspection & Approval
All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification by Veera Purush.
If approved:
- The product may need to be returned in its original packaging.
- After inspection, an eligible refund or replacement will be processed.
Return Conditions
Products must be:
- Returned in their original packaging
- Unused and unaltered
- Returned with all accessories (if applicable)
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor colour variations due to screen settings
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Requests made after the 3-day return period
- Claims without adequate proof or an unboxing video
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order only before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If the shipped product is received:
- Damaged
- Expired
- Different from the product ordered
please contact us within 3 days of delivery. After verification, an appropriate replacement or refund may be offered.
Order Cancellation by Veera Purush
Veera Purush reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product information errors
- Payment verification issues
- Delivery restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If an order is cancelled by Veera Purush after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Where applicable, a fixed return shipping charge of ₹100 may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
